I wish I could give this place negative stars. I ordered a package for a birthday that should have been here in plenty of time. It has been sitting in their facility waiting for acceptance, undelivered, for over a week and a half. Birthday is long gone now. I tried to call but can't speak to a human. The automated system is a joke and doesn't work and keeps going to a message that they are busy with covid-19. I get that, but it has been sitting there for almost 2 weeks, this is ridiculous. So disappointed in this post office and will not be using them unless I absolutely have no other options.
If I could give negative stars I totally would...A couple weeks ago on a Friday I called to get an update on a package, they said they had it and could be forwarded... I told them I would be in Saturday morning at 9am to pick it up. Saturday I get there and they couldn’t find it and gave them my info for them to call me when they did.. haven’t heard anything so Monday I called and created a “ticket” for them to look into it more and today they got back to me telling me they sent it to Milwaukee to “get destroyed “ because it wasn’t able to get forwarded ud83dude21 half of that package was a birthday presentud83dude21
Can't believe the reviews are so negative. Everytime I go in to send a package the employees are very friendly. Never had an issue.
Missing and mis-delivered mail, rude employees , mailman on my route is a threatening and confrontational. I use usps for my small business daily, but I’ll be making arrangements now to switch to UPS.
Not a hint of motivation. The only way service could be worse would be if they closed. Misdirected mail, missing items within the building itself multiple times. If this was not a .gov business, they'd be out of business.
