A few weeks ago I experienced excruciating pain getting out of my car, as if there was a knife digging into my lower back. It was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced and I was a little panicked - I was at work, not sure where to go . I asked some friends and they pointed me in the direction of Vertex PT.nnI called and they were incredibly friendly and were able to get me in later that morning - Dr Jacob’s was incredibly kind, listened to me, and immediately began working on my lower back. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and kept it simple.nnWhen I got there, I could barely walk; by the time I left I was walking with much more ease. Within a couple of days, I felt back to my normal self. I can’t recommend this group enough! Professional, super friendly, and they gave me some amazing exercises and stretches to keep my back healthier and stronger than ever!

All of the staff are welcoming and friendly at Vertex, as soon as you walk in the door! They are very knowledgeable and really care about helping you reach your goals. I have seen improvements in the short time I have gone there. I can't say enough good things about them!

Dr. Tristan Faile has been outstanding. I could not have a better therapist. Her care and concern, as well as her knowledge of how to help me has been excellent. Great place for physical therapy!
