Can't speak to the in-store service as I never made it that far... but the way the phones were handled was awful. I call 4 times... The first I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. The second, I was placed on hold without someone speaking to me. Waited another 10 minutes before hanging up again and calling back. Then the 3rd & 4th times, I was hung up on...

If u like the monkeys than this tire and lube is the place for u the fact is that only one of the guys back there knows what there doing after trying to cheat me out of my money i will never go back there .i beg and plead to drug test every one back there dont trust them with your car .the guy ask me what type of oil do i want the car only takes full synthetic and take 6 bottles they claim they put in 7 which is bull###! This is a horse bird ,duck,and pony show .
