I would give this office 0 stars if possible. I've been ticketed multiple times for parking outside my own house because of their incompetence in issuing a residential parking permit to me. This office is uncooperative and lazy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. When I called for assistance because their website told me to, the lady who answered the phone was so rude and made me feel stupid for calling when i was TOLD TO. -10 for customer service.

Not open to pay fines but still adding late fees on tickets.

Terrible customer service. The ladies that answer the phone are full of sarcastic comments and smart remarks. I honestly don't understand how they still have their jobs.

My daughter and I each paid for 1 parking ticket. 9 weeks 6 emails and over 14 calls I still dont have a refund for overpaying the parking ticket. What a joke . If yyou dont pay your $8 ticket within 10 days you get a late fee which turns the $8 ticket to $36!! Humm how much late fee can I charge ? Worst place ever.
