I know its COVID season. However that doesn't excuse a poor experience. The bathroom's were absolutely disgusting's. The popcorn not fresh, soda flat. Carpet unkempt in the concessions area. That's what I am giving two stars for. Although you should know this is not a modern theater. Maybe It was 13 years ago, but it's age is showing. Traditional seating(no recliners-fold up seats), audio, picture quality and amenities. It's in one of Columbia's dead malls in a part of down that's going downhill. It won't be there in 5 years or less.
Enjoyed myself immensely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean.
The movie was great! The place was clean but the arcade was closed. There was literally nobody there and although I preference a lively atmosphere, I thoroughly enjoyed the desolation. It's Covid season so it's whatever. ud83eudd37♀ufe0fnnThe two most unappreciated aspects of the situation was the fact we had to go find someone to turn the lights out after the movie started and then they didn't dim the lights instead they just clicked them off like a bathroom light. ud83dude33ud83dude44nnThat kind of ruined the whole movie persona experience.. I mean that's what the theater is for... The experience. I can see movies at home on a TV as large as my wall.nn...and even at a discount of $72.00 that I paid for this, it wasn't really worth it. I'm very disappointed. However, I have to remind myself it's covid season. I will give it another chance but next time I'm bringing my own candy and drinks. ud83dude09ud83eudd18
Pricing was great for movie tickets, passed on snacks due to employees taking cash and then getting popcorn without gloves or with the same gloves on, then watched a great movie in a chilly theater! No, heat was but on!!!
$7.50 movies, adults, it was clean, good popcorn, not crowded, no waiting. Friendly Service
