My 1st appointment with this team did not go well, I checked in 15 minutes early for 9:40am appointment. At 10:42 I stepped out to use the restroom and ask why I was still sitting for 1 hour. A nurse (I assume) told me Dr was running one hour late so I said it’s been more than one hour and she said “he’s running” one hour late! I said so it’s one hour past my appointment and your telling me he’s one hour late? So another hour? She looked at me quizzically and said 30 more minutes. So I left and went to my referring Dr to reschedule and they just gave me the phone number to call and reschedule but no one answered my call. Not a great way to treat patients but I guess it’s the new normal. Who wants to fix my ankle as I’m looking to walk normal???nFollow up:nThey apologized for the error on my next visit.

Dr. Jackson performed surgery on my left foot on July 30, 2020 to install 2 pins. One of my left metatarsals had broken completely and was not aligned. Surgery went Great!!!nnTwo days later, I walked my daughter down the aisle and danced the father/daughter dance well for 15 seconds. Anyway Dr. Jackson is sincere, cares about his patients and has a great staff!!!nnI forgot to mention he performed surgery on my sons foot 2 years and he had the same results. He is regarded as one of the best Orthopedic Doctors in Columbia( in my opinion the Best).

Dr. Jackson has operated beautifully on both of my feet inserting screws in the left and right side of my bumpy toes removing ugly bunions. I’m happy to say my feet look lovely! Looking down at them, I can NOT see any scares anywhere on my slender tender toes! Dr. Jackson knows how to produce cosmetically beautiful feet!

The Best! I recently had foot surgery about two months ago. From the first visit to the follow up visits, Dr. Jackson, Stephanie (APRN), and staff were exemplary. He was readily available and approachable as a Physician. Not only is he an outstanding surgeon but an even better individual. I would give my highest of recommendations. Job well done Dr Jackson!

Wonderful Dr he took a chance on me doing a surgey I had done I had been in boot for 7 months and he really didn't want to do it but he did it. I am do thankful.. I am healing well not completely but almost there
