I felt like my injury and pain where not taken seriously , no x-rays suggested, to see if there was a fracture where I could have gotten some pain management, I was told to take Ibuprofen 800 mg pretty good ! My pain persisted and I finally got a CT scan 3 mos after the accident and found I had fractured sternum, I had called on 4 occasions complaining about still hurting and never got a response, until I told the nurse maybe it was time to go to the ER .Then I was called a given orders forCT. This was over three months after the injuryI I wrote this yesterday ! I felt very angry,I have been seeing Dr Brown for 5 yrs and have been very happy, she made a mistake, she's human, but I hope to continue seeing her

I am patient of Dr. Amin since last 15 years. As he was on vacation doctor office refereed first available doctor Dr. Mofor. I never met before. I had bad cough. He entered in the room standing at door and said you need Antibiotics. I was about to scream whatttttttttttttt? you even did not check my throat etc.Come on. He asked me since how long you took x-ray? I told not recall. He said our machine is broke. So cough I need x-ray & still without looking he prescribed Antibiotics. So sad on medical practice part. Still it did not work so I have to go back and they will do more experiments & finally result in to emptying my pocket. If Dr. Amin were there, he never ever proscribe like this. No wonder people sue doctor office

I love my Dr and don't mind the wait because I know I'm gonna get the same care as the person before me

I am not sure why i keep going back there, worst waiting area ,unfriendly counter staff, sat in waiting room for over an hour and still not seen, last visit same thing sitting in waiting room for an hour when you have an appointment then get shuffled into small room where they make you sit for another 45 minutes waiting on doctor.Got to find me a new doctors office.

This place doesn't have great customer service. I have also felt like all the locations overcharge for service. It takes forever to be seen in the office by your doctor.nnWatch what they label your service as and be sure to ask questions!
