They really do not care about stroke patients! They are lazy and all they were worried about is getting my mother off their floor. My mother wasn’t able to stand up and they wanted to discharge her. No communication with family what so ever. They hide behind COVID so they don’t have to communicate with families! Never had a plan of care laid out . Leave stuff for nurses to tell us but then when we asked the nurse questions they didn’t know we were left with no answers ! Wish I could leave a negative 5 star unprofessional cowards!

I am at work but my boss will not mind me posting this review, I'm sure. Dr Moftakhar and his team operated on my Dad yesterday. My Dad has been in the hospital for a week and every single person in that hospital has been highly professional. They have all helped us beyond any expectations from the moment my Dad was admitted they have helped him and my family. Both of my parents are elderly and every single person on all the floors, from emergency to the recovery, have helped in every way possible. I can't say enough good things about all of them. Thank you for every single thing. I honestly appreciate it all.

I would highly recommend Dr. MOTHAKAR as a neurosurgeon. He performed my craniotomy and I was able to go home in 4 day. I feel good about myself and the outcome. Thanks to Prisma Health Richland for a professional staf .

Dr. Maftakar is incredible. He was very knowledgeable about my surgery and he, his office staff and hospital staff helped to put my mind at ease before my surgery. He is very patient and attentive. Dr. Maftakar, with God's help, saved my life.
