My records were transferred there when Prisma closed my previous provider's office. I never had any issue with renewing my prescription or scheduling an appointment with I needed to be seen by a physician in order to renew it.nPrisma Family Medicine did not contact me when they received my file. I made an appointment to see a physician. He send my prescription to the pharmacy, but for tablets (not covered by my insurance) instead of capsules, so the pharmacy asked me to pay $400+.nIt was impossible to reach anyone by phone. I had to go back to the Colonial Drive Center. Fortunately the friendly nurse I had seen earlier that day happened to be in the waiting area. After I explained her my issue, I could get the correct prescription filled and covered by my insurance.nFast forward 3 months to today. I get a message from the pharmacy that there is an insurance issue with my prescription. What happens is that the pharmacy has renewals for the initial (wrong) prescription for tablets, NOT the correct prescription for the capsules. So I have to go back to Colonial Drive, as it is still impossible to get anyone on the phone, and the patient portal does not recognize me.nWorst patient service ever.

This is a wonderful place. I was going there over 5 years and I never have a problem. I do see different doctors but I don't mind. Excellent doctors and staff. A very clean and organized facility. Love ❤ufe0f it.

Don't even deserve the star I gave it. I call often for my individuals talk and can't barely get an answer. When I say no answer all lines are in active when you press directoty to go to. I finally got someone on the line today and they hung up im guess cause its lunch time. They're so rude when going in the office this office is completely unprofessional and unethical!! I wish I could take my individuals somewhere else!!!!

This place is incredibly disorganized - and when working in health care, that can mean the difference between life and death. It took just over a month for my referral to finally be sent in, and when it finally was - it was wrong! It took me leaving 3 messages (that were never returned) and then finally asking for a supervisor to make a complaint to, before it was finally corrected.nnToday I had a virtual appointment scheduled and of course was sent no link and not contacted for my appointment. Now I get to sit on hold for another 30mins to make a new appointment that they may or may not jack up and miss again.
