Beautiful event space. Lots of room for different things to happen - like wedding, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing. Could use a few more bathrooms however.

I was scheduled to get married here March 21st. Covid came about a week before. Wavering place attempted to keep our money while not providing the services. They told us the day before the wedding that we couldn’t spend the night on site like we payed for, because of our “germs”. After months of battling with banks, we did get our money back. I live here in Eastover. We need honest business. We need scum like Wavering place to leave!

One of the most beautiful historic wedding venues this side of the Atlantic, Wavering Place sits upon abundant acreage that hits the swoon-worthy mark at all times of year. The owner, Lisa, is as sweet as can be and goes to great lengths to deliver that southern hospitality we all know and love. The property lends itself to creativity at every turn and there is romance aplenty from the main Greek Revival style house to the secret garden to the oak-lined Avenue. Couples who wed here are lucky as can be!
