We were excited to get away for the weekend,but the first room we got the television was broken. They moved us to another room and the heat wasn't working (on the heat setting it blew cool air.). Maintenance came and checked but did not return. There was also no refrigerator in the room. We will come back but maybe to a different Double tree.ud83dude0f

I love this place. The gal that checked me in was one of the nicest, most upbeat, and bubbly people I've talked to in a long time. She was super helpful when I asked her for dinner ideas and a room selection. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. This place is huge since it has a conference area attached.

My husband surprised me with an in town Valentine's night away here. Our visit here was amazing from time our feet hit the front door. From time of check in to check out. We ate dinner at Columbo's. Oh man!! It was delicious!! Our waitress very friendly. There wasn't many people in there so, it was nice and quite. Then breakfast this morning it really good and our waitress was right on top of everything thing too!nThank you for showing what our hometown is all about. You don't have to go far to have a little getaway.

Piss poor stay. The room was not completely clean. I found a hole in ceiling the following morning before checking out. I spoke with front desk and they assured me that I would receive a full refund. I then booked a different room for 2 extra nights. Long story short. I did not receive a full refund. This franchise went back on their Word. I would never stay here again. I do not do business like that

Worst Experience Ever! Before arriving I was on hold for an hour. I called because I was traveling with small kids and needed a joining room. The receptionist lady told me she had joining rooms to accommodate me but when I arrived....she stated she only had side by side rooms. I purposely called to be certain we had joining rooms only to be told they was available by phone and when we arrived they was not. Not only that....there was roaches in our room. I did take photos and report this to the front desk. By then it was a man at the desk that only offered breakfast coupons which didn't benefit us because we are Diamond members and breakfast is included with Diamond members stay anyways. The guy response was oh you saw a dead bug. No sir it was alive until I killed it. I have pictures to prove this. Not to mention another guest was down stairs at the front desk complaining someone went in his room and stole his money. The receptionist stated there was no cameras on the 2nd floor to assist him. This hotel is the worst Double Tree I have ever stayed at in my life. Never Again
