They all did there jobs compared to Florence lowes that employees dont do there job

Some of the employees are very unprofessional otherwise the store has a pretty good selection of items needed for the home.

I found exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for peat moss, a money tree and a planter pot, the right size pot that I needed. Unfortunately, the Sago Palms I was looking for hasn't arrived yet. I will return soon and buy one. Everyone was polite, pleasant and Knowledgeable. I hope the employees get a raise. Had to return plumbing parts that were incorrect. They were quick on the returns and the guy in plumbing helped me find correct parts. Since I have no plumbing skills it was nice to have someone to talk to in the department who knew plumbing parts. Still a few more parts to return and I am glad I used this Lowes.

Go here frequently, I seem to always have help when it comes to finding something. The only reason I gave them a rating of 3 is that when it comes to checking out it seems like their is always a line. They really need to staff their check out lines better. Check out is important because no one likes waiting in line for 10+ minutes.
