I initially switched from CVS to Costco because their prices are substantially better than those that CVS was trying to charge me (like $300 versus $35). However, the staff are not my favorite. I have had some pleasant experiences and some not so pleasant. The not so pleasant experiences can be summed up as follows:The way the staff answered my questions and the presuppositions in their responses were pretty condescending; as if they expected to me to just know the answer already. I am pretty new to prescribed medicine and especially new to Costco Pharmacy, so I had some general questions that I thought were valid, but seemed to really put this person out. I was a little taken aback to be honest. So 3/5 for customer service, maybe a 4/5 for pricing.

Very rude staff. I can’t even believe the way they speak to people. I’ve used them once and this is the last time I will ever go here. I honestly can’t believe how awful I was treated. I would rather pay double the price and go anywhere else. Don’t waste your time or money at this place

I haven’t always had good experiences coming here but today I was helped by Marie and she was the best!! I’m pregnant and need to take a nausea medication in order to get through the day. Unfortunately my insurance wouldn’t cover a refill and it would have cost me $40. She recommended I look up a coupon on GoodRx to save money. She walked me through how to find the coupon step by step and I ended up getting the medication for $12.30! She was so sweet and I’m grateful she took the time to help me out.

Used to be great. Something changed with them lately and attempting to talk to the pharmacist he was very rude and would not even listen to my concerns. He had the gall to tell me to go somewhere else. Guess what... I did!
