I have been working with Leslie a.k.a. Coach, for close to a year now. She started me off with a plan knowing that It could potentially change based on how my body reacted. I knew that it would take some trial and error to figure a lot of things out and I was fine with that. I was just happy that she was willing to get to know me and help me achieve my fitness goals. Once I started seeing changes, I began to get motivated to potentially compete in a bikini competition. I still have a long way to go, but I am glad that we are on a healthy path to building muscle naturally. I’m also very blessed to have a coach as well as a friend who cares for my overall well-being.
