Her bedside manner and general personality is horrible! I'm not sure how she has patients.

Dr. Hagenbugh has been a great family doctor for us for many years and there is no one I would trust my family's health to more than her. She has always been able to answer all my questions and is very intelligent. She has delivered both my children and her bedside Manor is second to none. Both her and her staff have recently helped me with my travel vaccines to Tanzania also. Can't say enough good things about this practice. Y'all keep up the great work!

I was sent to visit this office after an on the job injury where I injured my back. The nurse on location had told me there were no lumps or bruises so my back was fine. Well...I had experienced back pain in the past but never anything like this and I knew my back was NOT fine and you don't need a lump or a bruise for back pain to occur as I had experienced extreme back pain even when it would not show a cause on an xray...but when a mylogram was done it showed up clear as a bell where the disc was bulged and rubbing the nerves in the spine.nnWhen I got to the Dr's office I was sent in to a room and a man came in that was not Dr Hagenbuch and I don't remember his name. I asked to be sent to the hospital for tests and he said no. I said why not. He said you have no bruising or lumps. He hadn't even asked me to remove my shirt or felt my back. He was only repeating to me what the nurse had said as I wouldn't accept the co nurses comments. The co nurse is looking out for the company. I couldn't afford a lawyer or medical attention so I had to wait out the pain until I could work again and apply for disability.nnIF you are sent here for an on the job injury unless this is your personal Dr and you trust them with your life...I advise you to please get your own Dr and get a thorough check up before you sign a release from the company. The company is looking out for the company especially as I was hired through a temp agency. I still have trouble raising my arms above my head. I was not treated professionally at this office in this case... and I am still regretting I didn't take some action on my own to get more information on my injury.
