I received excellent care from both Dr. Lindstrom and Dr. Carlyle. The staff was excellent as well and professional in every way. I recommend this office highly.

This business is extremely unprofessional. The doctor is OK but the staff is terrible. I went in for a Morton's Neuroma and was scanned by an untrained technician. After meeting with the doctor I ordered and paid in advance for orthotics. When they arrived I was told pick them up at the Clinton office any Thursday. Two different Thursdays I left work early to get to their office by 5 only to be told they had closed early. When I asked if they could mail the orthotics, I was told I would have to pay to have them do that. I'm calling the insurance to see if they can reverse payment for the inserts I never received. Meanwhile my feet still hurt and I have to find a different doctor and start the process over. VERY dissatisfied with the experience.
