Communication with the transportation office is terrible. The first day of school my child didn't make it home until 7:15 PM. When I called, and finally got someone to answer the phone, I was told the bus was still in route and running extremely behind. I wasn't given an ETA I was just asked to call back in 30 minutes if she still wasn't home. Of course when I called back no one would answer the phone and they don't have a voicemail system. Some changes definitely need to be made.

The absolute worst if I could give a 0 I would. The bus hasn’t even come to pick up my son the 1st 2 days of school. They’re telling me 1 thing & obviously telling the bus driver something different!! I’ve had to take him to school the last 2 days & who knows how much longer I can’t get in touch with no one, they don’t answer their phones or return messages. Very unprofessional!!!

Giving one start is being generous, losing kids and putting them on the wrong buses and not answering when called, is not ok! Get it together
