I just used Moss for the first time and the difference is unbelieveable!! They called me when they got the prescription from my doctor to go over everything. I picked it up after they closed and was told that the pharmacist wanted to speak with me about the medication. When I called, he was so helpful, patient, and very thorough. I can't believe the difference in this and my box pharmacy. Amazing experience!

Called to see if they would fill a pet prescription. Not only did they fill it, they made the dosage easier for me to measure (from 2.5 mL of 4 mg changed to 1 mL of 10 mg). They spoke with my vet to confirm and they made it chicken flavored and oil based so it’s easy to give. They included a top for the bottle and measuring syringe that’s easy to use. The pharmacist consulted with me when I had questions and was very thorough. Thank y’all for making a rough week with my pup so much better!
