Since going to digital I’ve been using Bertram Dental as an outsource for my metal frameworks. I would definitely recommend Bertram as an outsourcing lab. Thanks for the great work!!!

I worked at this place close to 1 year I learned lots, if I still lived in Wisconsin I would love to work here

I am a former employee at Bertram Dental Lab. My position started and ended with the shipping and receiving department. I was allowed a little over 3 weeks to learn my department. Please keep in mind that my prior work history was in restaurants. I could not speak the dental terminology coming into the company. My first responsibilities in the shipping and receiving department was to sort through casts, molds, and different “dental accessories” (which I still cannot name due to poor training”). My supervisors name was Tracy. I never learned her last name I guess because she and the other 2 employees that worked in my department were disengaged from me. I was asked a personal question 1 time in the 3 weeks I was employed. No one took the time to engage me in any sort of personal conversation. What communication I received was my supervisor Tracy correcting me close to 30 times a day. I heard NOTHING but negative feedback. It became very clear that Tracy had run out of patience for me the last day I was there. The only joy I found in that department was the music we were allowed to listen to in the afternoon. There was I song that meant something to me. I was enjoying it. I sang along quietly. Tracy walked towards me and said “I don’t want to sound rude but all I can hear is you humming along to the music. I’m trying to hear the music and I can’t when all I can hear is you.” What does someone say to that? The next day I was fired. My belief is that Tracy came to the realization that she could not contain the distaste she had for me and could not control her negative interactions with me. Please do not work for this company. My experience was that I was given no compassion and not enough time to learn the job I was hired for. Do not make the same mistake I did working for this company.nnAimee Mignon
