Horrible horrible horrible horrible l!! Try to find a house that’s not with CPW the prices are way way too high. Trust me don’t do it

This place is awful I’m so ashamed to have to have this place for a gas company. We had a leak and our gas bill was $400. They will not average it out and adjust it for us “because they charge for usage.” If you have an option, DO NOT USE THEM.

This place is awful too expensive triple the price of dukes energy and the people I talk too there rude and they just don’t care I have minor in my house that has to do school work online they don’t care and they do t have programs to help with hardship we had gas leak one time and I had to go hospital to get check for that even making my dog sick do t size cpw I want move to get away from this company

To have majority of the county using their services, they have HORRIBLE customer service and a serious lack of communication skills.

Always makes it easy to pay your bills and actually don't do that bad as some seems to state, I have never had my bill go over 150$ at Max. Normally staying around low 100$ but I guess different houses and different habbits come into pay. Driveway is kinda hard on low vehicles at times though. Normally a walk in pay customer but I use both their site and walk in payments
