Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars or a negative star rating I would. We went to purchase a charm for my 2 year old birthday for her 14k chain and in the process of getting the charm put on the owner Frank SWITCHED my daughters 14kchain to a cheaper chain and denied that he did this. Police report was filed. Hate I EVER walked into this store. Ruined the entire birthday plans for my baby.
