They tell you one time and don’t show up till way after the time. If I could give them a 0 I would ! Very upsetting when my Landlrod has already paid for a washer and they no longer have it ? Really ??? They have a job so do I when I half to take off work and loose money for my family. Only to get a rude person to say well I didn’t say that so forth an so forth no I don’t think so!!!!

Rick repaired our refrigerator this morning. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and wore his mask the whole time. Thanks for being safety conscious.
