Excellent and extraordinary service. In a world where it’s taking weeks to months for ordering a delivering. This wonderful establishment offered excellent pricing, wonderful customer service, good selections and same day delivery. My washer and dryer also came with warranty. The set is immaculate. Works great. I highly recommend and will return for future purchases.

Our washer went out and I got to Florence Appliance really really late at closing time. The gentleman took care of what I needed, and was so patient.nnAnd when I thought it couldn't get any better, the two gentlemen that delivered the new washer were extremely courteous and professional. They exercised GREAT care not to tear up anything or make a mess. THEY WERE FABULOUS.nnI highly HIGHLY recommend this place.
