Visited Schofield's looking for a particular bathroom sink stopper. They assisted me. The one they suggested appeared to be what I needed but it would not fit all the way into the sink. So I decided to take the black ring from around the top of the sink stopper and put it around my old stopper and it closed fine. Probably could have just purchased the black ring from them and come out for much much cheaper.

The associates are nice and very helpful. They have a great variety of products and brands.

I started coming here to get my propane tanks refilled because it was easier for me than going to Tractor Supply, where I was previously going to have it done. To be clear, I’ve used these tanks for more than a year consistently and know how to properly refill them. When I started going to Schofield’s instead of Tractor Supply, they were filling my tanks improperly by not releasing air before reloading with propane, therefore the tanks were not being fully filled and I was going every week to get more propane. I decided to go back to Tractor Supply and they released all the excess air from the tanks and finally filled them properly. When I called Schofield’s to inform them of this error to avoid it being an issue for future customers, the male general store manager, who wasted no time telling me he’s an expert in propane tanks, began talking over me, told me I was wrong and belittled me on the phone, even though he never let me fully explain what the issue was. I hung up and called back and asked to be connected to the owner’s voicemail, where I left a message addressing my concerns with the service and the phone call. That was 10 days ago and I never received a call back. Thanks so much, dudes, for mansplaining something I didn’t need explained and talking down to a [formerly but no longer] returning customer. Awful customer service, and the owner obviously doesn’t care about how his employees treat their customers.
