immunotek will always be the best plasma center. Octopharma plasma had horrible staff that had no idea what their job duties consisted of and they were very unprofessional and rude. Immunotek is full of wonderful staff who go above and beyond for their donors. Trey is the assistant manager at immunotek and he is spectacular! Trey is an extremely exceptional hard worker with excellent ethics and devotion. Trey was able to work every position from screening to phlebotomist to physician substitute all while managing the place. Keep up the great work!

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Never long wait times. Especially Trey and Kalik, my two top ppl and Dee. Ask for them when you come in, and promise you, you'll have good experience. They go over and beyond to make sure your comfortable. Definitely recommend this place to others.

I love the staff. They joke with u and make u feel very comfortable. I’m a hard stick but they actually make me feel good bcuz they joke a lot.
