This was probably the best experience I've had while here In Florence. The person who took my order was simply amazing and patient even being short staffed. Took time to make sure she got our order correct and even suggested food. Will definitely come again!

Another decent Dunkin' chain. I know if happens.. but coffee was over poured, had to use napkins. And my traditional drink didn't turn out the same as I'm used to. I'm sure it was just one of those days, but was my experience.

I've only stopped at this dunkin 2 times, and I didnt have a chance to leave a review the first time but both times I've been very satisfied with my experience. Thanks everyone

I have never in my life seen a store run so poorly. The cashier at the front was on her phone the whole time, not excepting orders from customers (now I know why the customer in front of me walked out). Then we had to repeat 50x what we wanted to order when she finally decided to get off her cellphone. The store was also a pigsty. I have no idea how this place manages to stay open. An embarrassment to Dunkin, honestly.

There was only 3 workers in here during a super long morning rush... 2 of the workers were trying to get things done but another girl that was making food was going so slow and literally not helping with anything as far as making drinks.. she just didnt even seem to care that her coworkers were so overwhelmed... I'm from out of state so luckily I wont have to go here again because the coffee was also not very good.. o and I swear their espresso was just cold brew coffee
