I booked a trip with a group. They travel agent stated they booked with Rice Tours because they were black owed and their buses were state of the art. Not sure what state or what art error they were referring to. The buses were sooo outdated, several of the seats had duct tape on them. They advertised USB outlets and Tv’s. The monitors were something from 1988.nOne of the drivers driving was so reckless I was tempted to call so that we would get pulled over.nLord Jesus never again
