Rude receptionistnI arrived with my husband for his post surgery/first PT appointment on 3/5 at SP Physical & Hand. He can’t drive so I asked the blonde young lady in glasses if I needed to wait with him & her response was very sarcastic & rude. She said “I don’t know...do you need to wait on him...? “ I would expect a more helpful response from your employees. I’m sure she thinks she’s hilarious as her coworker laughed - rude.

I can't believe that this place has ever received less than 5 stars! I had my first new replacement 5 months ago and they absolutely got me back on my feet in less than 6 weeks! Extremely professional and unbelievable encouragement from their entire staff. Getting ready to have my other knee replaced in two weeks and although, I am not looking forward to the actual procedure (!)...I am looking forward to seeing all the great people in the Physical Therapy department at OrthoCarolina Eastover!

Dr Weeks performed my hip surgery and I had my physical therapy with the staff at OrthoCarolina. The whole staff was great. Always friendly and were able to address any questions/concerns that I had.

My wife recently visited this office for a shoulder injury. After a long wait she was greeted by a PA. Many X-Rays later , he mentioned that she needed some medication and exercises to heel which he would provide and instruct. He never returned for instructions and sent a nurse who was unable to provide any directions! Basically she wasted a few hours and was charged several hundred for the visit. We normally provide a chance before writing a negative review! Following the visit we completed a survey and were never contacted by anyone. Needless to say we don't recommend Ortho Carolina.

Amazing work done in PT! Professional and very friendly all around. Ignore the haters, this place is TOP NOTCH!
