Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

I was satisfied with my care, but their billing is another story. When I asked about making a payment, I was told I would receive a bill in the mail. My insurance finalized my claims within days, but it took over 4 months to receive a bill. When I asked why it took so long, I was told 'we do have up to 2 years to bill our patients'. A warning to anyone that doesn't like being surprised with expensive medical bills months later.

I've been here for a few different orthopedic problems. The therapists and aides here are awesome. They also use students, which I like, because they share their knowledge with the student and you. The therapists here really care about their patients and develop plans to rehabilitate people. They are people centered, most definitely!

I’ve been coming to Ivy Rehab since August due to an extensive foot injury. This was my first time in Physical Therapy. Wow! I never knew before this experience what a difference Physical Therapy makes. It is life changing and has made all the difference. I attribute that also to having the right therapist. Lauren Miller is outstanding! She is professional and thorough. Although she is busy, I have never felt like our visits were rushed. She takes the time to explain things and pivots and readjusts the plan of care as my progress changed in a safe and effective way. She is genuinely interested in the patients experience and you can tell she loves what she does. She knows her craft and she is good at it! To anyone wondering if going to PT will make a difference....it does. And to anyone wondering about the quality of care-....you will get great PT’s and great care at Ivy. I give it 5 stars!

Love this place, this the second time that I've used them for therapy and they are wonderful. All the therapist work together so that you get the best possible care. My personal therapist is so awesome, he is patient and listens to my concerns. He is the best at being gentle yet pushing each day a little further to accomplish my goals. Could not be more satisfied with the results I am getting!

Lauren is amazing and very knowledgeable! She was flexible around a busy “needing a babysitter“ schedule and had reasonable expectations of how to translate some of my stretches/reps with objects I have at home. When my therapy seemed it was helping one area, but not so much another, we focused on what I needed most and also introduced dry-needling with Chase. He was gentle and informative on what he was doing and how it was going to help my neck.nnGet individualized attention for your physical therapy needs in friendly, super helpful environment. I absolutely recommend them!
