Lifestyle Physical Therapy

I generally do not leave reviews, but in the case of Lifestyle Physical Therapy, I couldn’t help myself. Through the years, I have been to other physical therapy offices both in the Charlotte, NC area and in Lake Wylie, SC, but none compare. Everyone is phenomenal from the front desk personnel to the therapists. The place is clean and well taken care of and there is just this fun atmosphere from the time you walk into the door.nnI was so blessed to be paired with a therapist named Bennett. Bennett is kind, caring, professional, and always a gentleman. We’ve laughed so much! Let’s face it - physical therapy isn’t easy, but thanks to Bennett and the folks at Lifestyle, I have been able to make great strides. If you want to be treated like a number, then go ahead to those other places. But, if you want to be treated like an individual with dignity in a place that puts the well-being of the patient over making tons of money, then Lifestyle is the place for you!

Ryan, my therapist, was most knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Under his guidance, my ROM and muscular strength levels improved significantly in my shoulders. As did my balance.nnI was very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend Ryan and Lifestyle Physical Therapy to anyone needing PT.

Bennett with Lifestyles Physical Therapy significantly reduced my chronic hip pain through his methodical thoughtful approach to my issue. He put in place a realistic result driven strategic plan that was tailored to my abilities. Six plus weeks later my constant hip pain was drastically reduced. I am extremely appreciative and thankful to Bennett and the helpful professional Lifestyle staff.

Real experts. Went in thinking they'd show me how to manage my back pain. Totally didn't expect to leave pain free. Bennet is the best!
