The coaching staff and owners are all very welcoming and great. This gym does an excellent job ensuring everyone is getting fit, pushing themselves, but with proper technique. Highly recommend the “Box”. The gym itself has nice equipment and lots of room.
Everyone from the coaches to the members are extremely welcoming and makes it an amazing atmosphere to drop in and work out. Awesome box!! Will highly recommend to go there just to drop in or if I lived down here I would've loved to be member!!
Dropped in over holiday while visiting parents. A great facility, excellent coaching(Brittany) and nice people. Will definitely make it here whenever I am in town!
