I spent 2 1/2 weeks in this lovely facility. The physical therapy was top notch as was the occupational therapy. I received post operative care from their Drs. The nurses were excellent and the aides very kind and caring. The chefs prepared excellent meals and snacks daily. There is an overall feeling of welcoming, friendliness and kindness in this facility. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for post surgery care. Thank you again, Aspen Ridge.

It has taken me some time to gather my thoughts to write this review. I am very ashamed with the hospital, myself, and most importantly this facility. 1. The hospital pushed this facility when my mom was a patient of theirs. They recommended this facility as one of the best. I am ashamed that they have partnered with this facility. I wonder if there is a kick back for the hospital or if this facility is paying some people in order to get people here. 2. I should have done more research and toured more places. I should have read the google reviews and done my due diligence and trusted my gut. 3. the facility is horrible. How can they say they care about my mother. My mom went into this facility relatively healthy. She had fallen and fractured her collar bone and needed some therapy. I witnessed my mom being neglected when she pushed her call light. I thought this was normal but waiting 30 minutes is not normal or right. It is abuse. My mom developed pneumonia and I never received a call reporting a decline. My mom past away at the facility due to the pneumonia. How come they didn't send her to the hospital? How come they didn't inform us? How can they truly say they care about their patients. Very disappointed and disgusted with this facility. Shame on you.

They admitted my mom and put her in quarantine. We called that evening and the next morning and, "Everything was fine" according to the staff. Twenty-Six hours after she was admitted I got a call telling me that my mom was not, in fact, doing fine: She had a 103+ degree temperature and what did we want them to do. We asked that she be sent back the hospital. She died 5 days later. In my opinion, Quarantine at this place means the patient is ignored and not taken care of.

My mother-in-law recent left there and she was treated horribly. She was left in a wheelchair for over 7 hours with no one checking on her. She had multiple accident's because no one came to help her to the restroom after she called and called for them. She was not bathed often and smelled like urine. She watched a male worker pocket a couple of her personal items. She was given food she had told them ahead of time she didn't like. One of my friends did an externship there in 2010 and said it was awful. So maybe something needs to change around there 👎👎

My wife has been a client here twice. This team is very professional and treats her well. All of the staff we have met are very professional, respond quickly to her, needs. The inside of the rooms and the facility do not feel like a typical “nursing home or rehab “. They have excellent food extra choices on the menu and a beautiful dining room. we have been in one other facility previously and it in no way compares to the professionalism quick response and home feeling like Aspen Ridge does. We will recommend this to anyone needing post inpatient care. Thank you for caring for my wife and being an integral part of her healthcare and increased mobility.
