Ms. Mary Anne helped me today and she went above and beyond to help me get my license cleared and then she and another stayed behind to make sure everything was correct with my license. I appreciate her to the upmost level I can possibly imagine. Thanks ma'am. You made my day.

The staff is always polite, and good humored. Today, with my autistic son for an ID card could not have been better. The gentleman at the door, ensuring that everyone entering had an appointment, and mask, helped me with my paperwork when my son was having a behavioral moment. The office is limiting the people inside to only those being immediately served. And, the lady who helped us at the counter was very helpful and patient. Great job, Belton!

The wait time was shorter in belton than Anderson , the people outside were nice and plesent despite the heat and wait. The staff were awesome. Verry friendly and efficient overall I give it a 10

Better without appt times Since u don't get in at the time u scheduled and have to wait in line

Good service today. Pleasant experience. Got right in, got 3 items handled and got out in about 10 minutes. No problems.
