If you ever have a choice on wheat between Vernon Texas or this so called facility. Choose Vernon Texas. They wasted 24 hours of my time for a load confirmation that never came with a pick up number. They treat you like this your fault. As the other review has said if you are not local they will sure treat you like it. Which can be a problem considering out of state trucks haul their loads. Do not expect any help or respect from this facility. Also the address is wrong if you're looking for 800 Washington st.
Yeah dont come here to use the scale. Unless you want to be laughed at, or pushed out for 'being a smart aleck'. Not everyone is familiar with your scale. Try having a bit more hospitality.
