Latimer County Public Library

The Latimer County Public Library of the Southeastern Public Library System of Oklahoma (or as most people call it, the Wilburton Library) is an amazing library. Having come here all the time until I moved from the state, I can say that this is a welcoming place where you can have lots and fun and edutainment (education and entertainment). The staff are the nicest people in the world and are very helpful. They can help you find all sorts of infomations, and if they can't, they know where to look. They can also help you find virtually any book you may be looking for. If the library doesn't have it, the other 14 libraries in the system may and can ship it to here for you. (It's free.) This library doesn't just have books, however, it also has graphic novels, movies, audio books, and computers. They also offer tons of online services that you can use simply by logging in with your library card. They also host lots of weekly and annual events throughout the week and year for kids, young adults, and adults. As a tip to those getting a library card: You only need a valid ID and proof of address (any piece of mails). I forgot to bring it the first time I came to get a card. Anyway, great library! Highly recommended if you happen to live in town. Local libraries in any town are great places and are a free way to learn and have fun, especially for kids. Thanks! ^͜ ^
