I have been going to Dr Leader for almost three years. Never had any issues until the Clinic got a new receptionist. Now... I have been billed incorrectly.. HIPPA was violated, treated rudely, cancelled appointments..made cash payments that were not applied,she had someone call me pretending to be in collections from their corporate office, then yesterday was basically told by her that I would not be allowed to see the Dr unless I gave her a fifty dollar cash payment and I will not be able to get refills on ANY of my meds.. I called their corporate office..of course I was told oh... we'll call you back and nothing!! Do Not go here...do not pay in cash, do not let them bill you!! Their website says they see you regardless of the ability to pay!! She also had me on a forty percent sliding scale with NO income!! All because of an uneducated disrespectful little girl whose feelings got hurt because I didn't like her attitude towards myself and others!! So disappointed in Dr Leader and the unprofessional actions of her receptionist!!
