We are all closing a lot of deals. As a realtor it's the busiest I've ever been in my 25 year career. However, that being said, there is no reason for an employee at a title company to be rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Tammy Robertson obviously needs to retire, because she apparently doesn't enjoy what she does anymore. Then again she may have never enjoyed it, I do not know, but what I do know is that I went and picked up a check and was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by her. She was also rude and disrespectful to her co-worker working at the front counter. We choose you as a title company, you do not choose us. If we opt to give you our business then you should opt to show us respect. We have many many realtors in the metro area and you can bet that every single one of them will know of my experience. This is 2020, when you act that way there are repercussions. You need to either get out of the business or be conscious of that and change your attitude.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this title company and the amazing women who run it in MWC! As a lender, it is a REFI economy, and they have been so great to take care of my clients. I also enjoy closing here with many Realtor referral partners in the Choctaw, MWC area. I'm located out of Edmond and will recommend them even with a drive or notary to get the exceptional service they provide! Tammy Robertson is HANDS DOWN the reason this branch gets my business.

It was EXTREMELY difficult to get ahold of anyone when there were issues closing. These issues weren't communicated at all, leading to us going up to the building on the day we were scheduled, only to find that we wouldn't be closing that day. This happened a few times. It's really unreasonable to assume that buyers and sellers can just be at your beck and call every day. How difficult is it to not schedule a day until you have confirmation from all parties that the transaction is ready to close? We had to take several vacation hours that were wasted due to no communication on American Title's part. Also, I shouldn't have to call corporate offices, area managers, and branch managers just to get someone to return my calls. I was extremely displeased with the transaction. Also, my copy of the closing papers was over-nighted to the wrong address. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless they were into pain. The Midwest City branch is just a circus full of clowns. You are being paid for a service, if you cannot provide that service in a satisfactory and timely manner, perhaps it's time to close the doors.
