Just like they said it would be.nHaving an insurance agent, whom I’ve never met in person, treat me like I’m his top client is incredible service. I call, say my name and they treat me like family! Hey hey Amanda...You Rock!! Actually, I've dealt with everyone in this office at one time or another and have always been treated with friendliness and patience. I say patience because insurance is not my forte and these folks break it down to my level of understanding and never seem put out when I ask another question. Amanda, thanks for basically reviewing my whole policy with me... 3 cars and house... and letting me ask 20 questions and thanks for also speaking my language and breaking it all down into simple terms! Been with Brandon's team for a long time and don't see that changing. Thanks guys!!
