I have mixed reviews about this company. I am impressed that they were able to get me to close within a week (it was a cash purchase). They assume everyone wants to buy title insurance, when I saw it on my balance sheet and told my agent I didn't need it she lectured me about what title insurance was and I told her again I was satisfied without it. When the new balance sheet arrived I noticed their fee went up by $100. When I asked why I was told it was the price for the time they had to prepare the waiver but the waiver looked to me like a pre-made form.
