I've gone to this office since it opened around 30 years ago. Doctors are great, but I have had multiple coding issues that prevent insurance payment resulting in me having to pay the entire bill for lab work out of my pocket.nIn 2019 I went in for a wellness visit and lab work was given a second code that resulted in no payment from my insurance. The OU billing and the Mid Del office are unwilling to make corrections. They think nothing of patients having to pay nearly $300 out of their own pockets. I'm extremely disappointed.

Dr Moser and his front office staff continue to code basic doctors visits wrong so I'm charged double with my insurance and refuse to do a thing about it. I have called and talked to them several times to no avail. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. They are inept and have no business running a doctor's office when they ignore patients and refuse to do simple requests such as changing ONE SINGLE NUMBER in a system. I have wasted decades here only to be treated like trash. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else in the area.

The nurse of dr griffin name Julie never calls you back. She noted called but the in box is full. That is a lie. I have been waiting for her call and no calls. Blood work result sucks because no one explains it to you.

Have used this facility for 30 years & as with any business, there have been changes. Some were good, others not so much, but all in all, great office. Dr. Rapacz is an excellent physician & we cant say enough good about his care & concern for our over all health. He has always had great nursing staff. Patty, & his current nurse are extremely personable, kind, helful, & caring & provide excellent help no matter what our issues are. Donna & the other receptionist are very helpful & kind. Don't hesitate to try them out.

Have been going here for years, Dr Moser took out my son's appendix when he was 13, he's now 33! Always very nice, staff too. Can get in quickly if needed and out quickly as well ..pharmacy on site, very professional staff, and helpful..highly recommended..
