The 2 times I have been into the clinic the blonde lady that works at the front desk is very unpleasant. The first time I was in there and it was her first day back after PTO and her demeanor was not happy to be back to work. I brushed it off as she took her stress and unpleasant attitude out on the patients coming into the clinic. The second time I went in there weeks later, her attitude and demeanor was the same. I've never seen her smile and she doesn't appear to be happy at work. She is short in her verbal delivery and doesn't show passion for the patients and the reason they may be coming into the clinic. She is the face of your clinic. I would re-evaluate who I have at the front desk or it will drive new business away. If she is the one, I would set some clear expectations for her. I am not impressed. I also agree with Paul's statement below, I called on multiple occasions to get lab results and nobody returned my calls. I had to go to the clinic on my off day to get answers. Just how someone wants to spend their days off.

Very professional and courteous staff. Comfortable waiting area. Quite exam rooms.

Only thing is I have called and left messages to find out lab results and no one will return my calls.
