The receptionist called me a week ago and told me my appointment was at 1pm. When I arrived they said it was at 1030 and would have to reschedule for a month out. No review on the Dr didn’t get to see him

I called about my appointment but couldn’t get through. I called back a few times and finally someone answered the phone asking “How I can help you?”, gave her my name then I didn’t hear anything else. She hung up the phone. I called my PCP and asked to send my referral to somewhere else.

I had to give one star because there is no option with zero star.nWe were there this morning a half hour early as instructed. We waited and waited and waited. Finally, an hour after my husband's appointment, I asked when he was he going to be seen. The RUDE receptionist said that not any time soon as there was still two ahead of him. The stupid rude thing then informed me that she didn't work for me. She is easily recognized. It looks like a two year old drew her silly looking eyebrows on. This is totally all her fault as she does the scheduling. We do not have a rating for the doctor as we left

Dr. Law is consice & candid when explaining what's happening with a patient. I appreciate that. I did have to work extra hard to convince the staff I needed their help with something that seems should have been s part of follow up. Overall great experience.

Dr law finally diagnosed me correctly after 10 years and 4 other urologists failing to find the problem. He takes his time when examining you and and is very thorough. He spent one hour with me before my surgery explaining everything and giving me recommendations. Very nice guy!!
