Highly recommended! Very nice and patient with our 2 year old son's first appointment. The tech and the dentist were both very attentive to our son. The front desk attendant was great at answering questions and kind. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, only one parent got to take him in. However, it was still a great experience. Thank you, Dr. Heathcock.

surgeon was great, staff was great everything went as planned or better. was given a cell phone number at discharge and the surgeon himself follow up the next 2 days to make sure my son was doing ok.

Dr. Farmer is wonderful and his staff has always been nothing but patient, laid back, and attentive to my kiddos. If you are looking for a place that is wonderful with kids with diff-abilities then look no further! These girls are sent from heaven!

Very unprofessional! My daughter received 3 caps on her teeth. Was given laughing gas, discovered after 5 min. machine wasn’t even on. Gave her the shots to deaden the teeth. Very painful for my daughter. Both doctor and nurse left the room, while waiting on medicine to take effect. Came back, didn’t even check with my daughter to see if she could feel any pokes before they started drilling teeth. My daughter was coming off the chair in pain. When I finally spoke up suggesting they might not be numb enough, I was told her problem was, she had chewed the side of her cheek (why something wasn’t placed in her mouth to prevent that i don’t know) And that she was just terrified. Suggesting she had had a tramatic experience elsewhere. (Which she has not) Then I was questioned at why it took as long as it did to come get the teeth fixed. Clearly she hasn’t read her charts, seeing as my daughters appointment was at 8:30 and she didn’t get to work until 8:30.nIt hasn’t taken us a long time to take care of the teeth...instead We had tried filling the teeth twice and they wouldn’t stay in due to her grinding her teeth. I was also accused of making her scared before we got there and that’s why she was so scared.nDr. Erin Hearhcock was rude, condescending, judgmental and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I left with a HAND written receipt for my check.nDo NOT take your children here!!!
