I purchased a new Coachmen Freedom express from them in 2019. The trailer had a factory defect in one of the brakes that took all summer to show up. They serviced it in the fall before it was stored for the winter, but the problem occurred again when we used it in the spring (now out of warranty). They serviced the trailer the next day, and were able to identify the problem and replace the parts. Great to have a dealer that will do the right thing.
