Davis Ballpark

Went there for a tournament and the gate fee was $8. For our $8 we got one umpire per game, no scoreboards, and potholes in the outfield. If you're going to charge that much at the gate the ballpark needs to be better than all the others in the city. This was not the case.

Horrible place. Terrible fields, bathrooms, and expensive admissions and concessions.

Considering the transformer blowing & lights going out. Sitting in the dark for a hour and a half waiting to play again. I give props to my fellow coaches that helped get the lights get turned back on KJ, Kyle & John. And to our GRIT team. They worked their back sides off. It was a all night tournament. Didn't get home until 4:10am Sunday morning. (PS: @ Davis Ballpark Next time. Make sure the lights work before it goes dark.)

This place needs a major overhaul. First this they need is concrete pavement for the handicap. Second they need bathrooms the porta potties were nasty. Third they need some new lights at the ball fields. My niece's kid team are from North Dallas, fields in that area are magnificent. We are from Tulsa I was embarrassed softball complexes that look like this.

For price of admission the facilities should at least have a decent bathroom, and snack bar. Also the sign on the hut out front says Military-$3 when we asked the individual she said no we dont give Military anymore. Just was not impressed. (Note: we travel every weekend for ball)
