Connie has been amazing to work with. We were introduced in the fall of 2019 to book our first time through a travel agent for a destination wedding in the Dominican. She was patient all our questions. I think my step-dad called almost daily with questions leading up to our departure. No hiccups or surprises or anything!nnFast forward fall of 2020 trying to get a trip booked again through a different agent at a different agency for 2021 (Not our choice. We tried to refer the bride and groom to Connie but they took a co-worker's agent instead) but I wasn't getting answers to my questions on this other different destination wedding. I reached out to Connie and she was more than willing to answer my questions regardless of another agency booking the trip. I wish we could have used Connie but when I'm in charge of organizing a vacation for a group or just as a couple, Connie will be my only call in the future.

We are currently booked for our friends destination wedding in February. Our travel agent was not clear on the cost and discounts in the beginning. We thought the more rooms rented the cheaper it would be. I have had a hard time getting questions answered because she is so busy traveling. We were the first ones to book. When the others booked their cost was less than ours. At that point we got a discount on the invoice. I have heard from the agent to clarify why we are spending more but I still don't understand. The agent says there isn't anything more she can do. The only travel agent I've dealt with was AAA years ago. Otherwise we do it on our own. My husband and I are very dissatisfied in the service and would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Shauna and Ambassador handled all the details and arrangements for my 91 year old mother-in-law and her 77 year old sister. They were joining us at our beach house in Indian Pass, Florida for 9 days. They had a very early morning flight out of Appleton, WI and had to be picked up at 4:00am to go to the airport. Ambassador handled all this, they also had to have wheel chairs available when they arrived at Atlanta Hartsfield, a very big and busy airport. Ambassador handled all this as well and the same arrangements on the return. The ladies completed the entire trip without a hitch. Kudos to Ambassador and Shauna for making this happen.

We, as in a group of 7, just returned from Maui. Ben Leib was our Ambassador Travel go to guy. Ben was awesome, knowledgeable, and found us discounts that we could not find. Plus he got us excellent flight times. We left early in morning to go to Maui. We left late at night to return which maximized our stay. Thank you Ben. I will call you for our next adventure.
