I have been working from home for a year now and to be honest, my neck used to bother me way before that. I decided to go see Lauren and try to get it better, and guess what? It got a lot better with a few sessions. Lauren thought me exercises I can do at home and I will keep doing those to make sure I stay on track! I just loved it and wish I have had done this sooner! Thanks Lauren! I highly recommend it, I feel fabulous!

This is my second experience with physical therapy, and I highly recommend the staff at Heinen. Sarah was most hospitable and welcoming while scheduling appointments and working around my fluctuating work schedule. Alex was thorough in his assessment and treatments, communicating well throughout my visits. The treatments and exercises he prescribed were helpful in relieving pain and strengthening my back and shoulder. The whole staff seemed to work closely together with concern for each patient. I would highly recommend this location for all your PT needs.

(Richie M)- I had a total hip replacement mid-June at AGE 32 (I know) and was referred to Heinen Physical Therapy. I can't stress enough how great the staff at Heinen is. I had the pleasure of working with Alex three times a week for 6 weeks. He tailored each session to how I was feeling that day. He pushed me while also making sure I didn't over-work the hip. Today, I'm done with PT. I'm walking out feeling very accomplished. I have no pain in the hip and I feel like I have my life back. I'm glad I got the hip replacement. But even more grateful for the staff at Heinen. They were friendly, asked how I was doing and called me by name every time I walked in. I recommend this place. - Richie
