Lot 311 NW Corner Of NW 4th & Broadway

I had an interesting experience years ago with American Parking and this lot in particular. I reserved spots for my wedding and the service was terrible and it was complete waste of money.

5 bucks to park for the whole day, you can't beat that downtown.... Just make sure u get a parking stub with you tag number from the kiosk, short walk in either direction and you'll find something you should visit atleast once and it's just as safe as anywhere else in the city, even at your home.

Destroys any sense of place and continuity in the urban fabric.

Don't park here! My car got broken into.
