The owner of this parking lot is horrible. I have a special needs daughter in a wheel chair. We came downtown on Mother’s Day to see a show at the Civic Center. We wanted to park in the handicapped space with the hash marks next to it. We were told by the attendant that the owner of the lot required them to double park people on the hash marks. Last time I checked I thought that was illegal. So much for handicapped capability.

In a city this big, you shouldn't have to pay for parking in a lot that doesn't belong to the people who are charging you!
