To get out of the garage is horrible! It took us over hour. Only 1 person working. Avoid parking in this garage, you are stuck and nothing you can do. Plus it cost you more money because you pay by the hour.

At the end of an event with all floors leaving only one person checking cars, it took us 70 minutes to get from top floor to street. Something is wrong with system. We saw several people leaving way early from the event. Didn't take hint as we left at end of event. If one is to use parking, be patient.....

This is a parking garage for Sheraton Hotel. It has public paid parking on 3rd and 4th. The corkscrew parking is difficult in large vechicles.

Its a parking garage, either leave early for events or go have a beer to wait out the rush.
